EMBOLIZATION COILS
Microembolization coils are soft, metal coils that are used to occlude blood flow from cerebral aneurysms and vessel malformations called fistulas. Selective occlusion of the vessel blocks blood flow and reduces the risk for vessel rupture (hemorrhage).

VASCULAR RECONSTRUCTION
Neurovascular reconstruction devices and delivery systems are used in conjunction with or without embolization coils for the treatment of stroke-related hemorrhagic events. Vascular reconstruction devices are designed to occlude blood flow and promote remodeling of cerebral vasculature.
Lake Region has the capability to develop technologies which range from materials with a high degree of shape retention to self-expanding microstents with closed-cells.

EMBOLECTOMY/THROMBECTOMY DEVICES
Embolectomy and thrombectomy devices address blood clot retrieval and removal during acute ischemic stroke treatment. These devices achieve rapid recannalization and extend treatment times during an emergency thromboembolic event.
