Machine Maintenance Mechanic I
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision this position will assist Maintenance personnel in preventive maintenance, maintenance of buildings, buildings and grounds.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employees are expected to support the quality concepts inherent in the business philosophies of Lake Region Manufacturing, Inc., including a variety of job related tasks which may not be specific to this position profile.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Repair basic mechanical problems with production equipment.
- Assist maintenance mechanics with equipment.
- Clean up of disassembled machinery.
- Shovel snow and other outside duties.
- Help with the moving of equipment.
- Must play an active role as a member of the Spill Response Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- High School degree, or equivalent.
- Must have physical ability to do lifting, ladder climbing, and moving full barrels of liquid.
- Will be required to change hours, work overtime, weekends, and some evenings.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Will be required to work in confidential areas with confidential information.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Lifting 50-100 pounds.

Senior Process Development Engineering Technician
DEPARTMENT: New Product Introduction
REPORTS TO: New Product Introduction Engineering Management

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of Engineering management, develops & prototypes, specialty guidewires, manufacturing processes and the documentation necessary to support engineering, prototype and product build.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide technical support, and assistance during pre-production and production builds.
- Maintain effective liaison with pre-production/production and office personnel to assist in process development and resolve production/development problems.
- Effectively communicate with management and production personnel. Render technical assistance to pre-production, production, office personnel and Quality. Communicate and cooperate with various departments to facilitate ECO's, product/process changes, engineering improvements and product transfers. May require supervised customer interaction.
- Become familiar with production equipment, fabrication and assembly techniques.
- Independently and under the direction of management, further develop manufacturing processes via bench top testing, and rapid prototyping. Document development activities in Lab Notebook and assess readiness for production. Draft, support and execute IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and related activities. Create technical reports from development findings and validation execution.
- Report activities to engineering management in charge of the department. Understand project objectives and their completion timelines.
- Develop technical knowledge in engineering and related fields of operation including shop floor control. Be familiar with industrial and manufacturing techniques.
- Recommend to assigned engineering personnel any phase of assignment which may result in a more efficient or economical operation. Recommend changes in project objectives as indicated by engineering studies.
- Train and/or assist in the training of personnel on new or existing processes.
- Utilize & create documentation and execute SPC, DOE, data management, etc. for measuring process capabilities. Use various software for the creation of process, specification, and drawing documentation, as well as execution of analytical tools.
- Provide process & tooling support to the production areas to ensure planned production rates are achieved.
- Travel to offsite locations, as needed, to meet project deliverables.
- Work with Sales, Business Office, Purchasing and Engineering personnel to create and document cost estimates for new and repeat business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or equivalent desirable.
- Practical experience in manufacturing industry. Minimum of 10 years is preferred.
- Demonstrated high degree of technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and development related activities.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and logically, troubleshoot and make effective decisions for positive change.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze statistical data and draw conclusions based on engineering data.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing/fabrication techniques.
- Demonstrated mathematical ability.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Experience with AutoDesk Inventor and AutoCAD design software or equivalent.

Senior System Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:
The position of Systems Administrator is defined in areas of responsibility. These areas of expertise include Windows Server Architect and AD Architect, Enterprise Data Center Architect, and Enterprise Data Center Virtualization Architect.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
Windows Server Architect and AD Architect:
- Configuration and design of Active Directory infrastructure.
- Maintain forest and/or domain.
- Configure trusts, sites and AD replication.
- Architect the roles and services of the Active Directory and deploy role based methodology.
- Architect Enterprise group policy objects, create GPO templates and delegate.
- Automate creation of AD accounts.
- Architect Windows Server 2008 roadmap for all windows server technologies, including: AD, cluster, PKI, Print Services and IIS.
- Automate system builds.
- Maintain windows server systems and services.
Enterprise Data Center Architect:
- Procure and identify hardware for enterprise data center, utilizing current SAN and blade hardware methodologies for scalable enterprise infrastructure.
- Optimize data management storage consolidation.
- Data protection and data center efficiency design/layout.
- Power cooling, identification of energy efficiencies and operations best practices.
Enterprise Data Center Virtualization Architect:
- Thorough understanding of the VMware product line and the technologies which support a virtual environment, such as storage, backups, networking and basic hardware configuration.
- Understanding of scalable virtual architecture and SAN/blade integration.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- B.S. in computer science or engineering required, M.S. strongly preferred. Alternately, two years of directly related experience in Enterprise Systems Administration may be substituted for each year of education.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003 or MCITP Enterprise Administrator. VCP certification desired.
- Five (5) or more years experience in enterprise environments with global presence; proven track record of global enterprise scale deployments.
- Minimum three (3) years experience building high availability clusters.
- Minimum three (3) years experience performing physical to virtual migration in a production environment and in implementing backup solutions for virtual environments.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in configuring and maintaining iSCSI and Fibre Channel SANs and NAS.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Kerberos, Windows Authentication, Visual Basic Scripting and/or Power shell.
- Working knowledge of PKI, digital certifications and security tokens.
- Working knowledge of blade server technology, specifically HP C7000 preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position designs and implements web pages, document management and workflow necessary to support worldwide corporate requirements; including help desk support for portal users and evaluating user requirements for applications within the Sharepoint environment. Leverages SharePoint 2007 capabilities to provide additional portal-based tools as well as maintains SharePoint product roadmap. Defines and develops the interfaces and rules necessary for data consolidation and workflow.

Credit Analyst
DEPARTMENT:: Finance
REPORTS TO: Credit & Billing Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY:
To perform the global credit/collection function including cash application and miscellaneous invoicing.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employees are expected to support the quality concepts inherent in the business philosophies of Lake Region Medical, including a variety of related tasks, which may not be specific to this position profile.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Perform the global credit and collection function for all companies by coordinating closely with peers in the New Ross, Ireland facility.
- Establish and maintain Credit Limits for new and existing customers using external references (D&B) with the goal of reducing the amount of bad debt and account aging.
- Maintain DSO target: proactively call on past due accounts for collection; communicate and resolve credit issues with customers; work closely with Sales and Marketing.
- Coordinate the processing and application of daily cash to the Accounts Receivable system. Insure accurate processing by balancing cash with Wells Fargo CEO on-line banking.
- Manage “Cash in Advance” payments which require timely communications with the customers and review of Sales Orders as well as Orders at Hold status.
- Balance AR to General Ledger via Integrity Reports.
- Prepare Bad Debt estimates and adjusting entries.
- Prepare Miscellaneous Invoices as needed.
- Prepare account reconciles as assigned.
- Pursue the monthly finance goal to close the books by the 3rd working day.
- Assist with fiscal year-end audit preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three to seven years experience in Accounts Receivable, with two to three years credit and collections experience.
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively with customers and all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle information in a confidential manner.
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, D&B, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
